Workshop - 19th March

Hi, here I am again! Trying to keep up to date with my makes- here are some samples of my design for the March workshop using HobbyArt Sweet Peas stamp set. It's a little money or gift card wallet, ideal for sending cash etc as a gift.

Simply made by making a trifold piece of card, the inside has a sentiment and the outside has a Kuretake water coloured topper.

Short and sweet post from me today - still got some to catch up on lol !

Entering this in so much inspiration on this site.

Catch up!

Well I have been a bit remiss lately with my blogging so thought I'd do a catch up of some of the things we've been making at my monthly workshops along with Martine. We've been  having great fun with each day full of laughs and chat along with some crafting! The next ones are on the 19th March and 29th April - really look forward to doing these, always lovely to see people who haven't tried things before because they've felt they can't do something suddenly say 'I can do this!' .

In January we played with watercolours and HobbyArt stamps 'Irises' The brown one was made by painting with Vintage Photo Distress Ink, the others with Kuretake Clean Colour pens.

February's was a bit more complicated but worth the extra effort ! I was inspired from attending Jenny Mayes workshop last year to make this one using HobbyArt Spring Scenes stamps this time with the Kuretake pens to colour.

Here are some of the ladies having fun with some Christmas designs we did in December.
If any one is interested in coming to one of our workshops please contact me through my blog or pm me on Facebook. We sometimes have a few places spare so it's always worth checking.

Well that'll do for now, hope you've enjoyed looking through the photos and hope to see you soon !

Mo Manning Challenge - March 2017

Hi - March already and spring flowers bursting through everywhere! Lurve spring - fingers crossed we don't get any late snow this year.

So here's my design for this months Mo Manning Challenge - which is as usual Anything Goes (with a Mo image)..............

Don't you just love the look on this little boys face! Made me laugh - it's like a real OOOPS moment isn't it.

I used Mo's 'Going Up Boy' from her digital shop, coloured with Copics and the background is just simple dye ink blending with some cloud die cuts and sentiment.

So why not pop over the Mo's DP2 Challenge Page, take a look at the inspiration from the Dream Team and then have a go yourself for a chance of winning a prize to spend at Mo's.

Have fun !
